We have a 7-day return policy, from the day of the transaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from Pashanga.
PS: NO REFUND ON RETURNS, CUSTOMER SHALL BE COMPENSATED ONLY WITH A STORE CREDIT VALID FOR 1 YEAR. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, NOT CREDITED
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, UNUSED DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order. contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jewelry, handbags and accessories. Hand Fans, promotional items, merchandise on sale, or with any promotional code cant be returned for a refund or exchange. Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other type of payment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. You can choose between sending merchandise by mail or return it in our kiosk Located at Plaza las Americas or our store in Plaza Carolina. We can’t guarantee availability of the items. But will gladly exchange for any other item of your choice with proof of purchase.
